Brief Description of the Role:

Brief Description of the Role:
Analyse mechanical, electrical and plumbing related problems at Project sites and provide quick solutions.
Job Profile:
The Candidate is expected to do the following on an ongoing basis:
- Coordinate all MEP related activities at project sites.
- Provide MEP facilities to civil site teams to execute projects as per schedules.
- Guide and advise on HT lines, LT substation, DG, UPS Elevators, EPBX, Home automation system, CCTV, Fire Alarm VRF, Air Conditioners etc.
- Ensure external and internal plumbing as per drawing and consultants’ advice.
- Ensure proper design co-ordination is achieved before the commencement of work.
- Ensure approval from MEP/ Project Manager/ Architect before executing the job.
- Ensure checking of the electrical/mechanical, plumbing drawing, specs, brand quality, earthing, lightning arresters, etc. and give guidelines to contractors site engineers and Supervisors from time to time.
- Ensure proper installation and commissioning of central A.C. Plant, AHU, FCU, Chill water, condenser piping, cooling tower and piping insulation.
- Ensure commissioning of firefighting system, sprinkler, fire pumps, etc. as per the drawings.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports as per the project to Management
- Maintain the total water supply, drainage, hydro-pneumatic system, and STP.
- Prepare the variation sheet and to issue the variation work order from time to time.
- Supervise the workmanship of work carried out, highlight conflict areas and resolve the issue in consultation with the Site Team.
Skills & Attributes:
- Work in coordination with civil site teams and other Project teams.
- Good in Energy Management, plumbing work, electrical power and lighting.
- Knowledge of Construction procedure and practices.
- Responsive and positive in nature.

- Booking, finalisation and closing the deal.
- MIS to Management on regular basis.
- Co-ordinate with Bankers to process home loan for the clients.
- Co-ordinate between Legal and CRM Team for faster Registration of legal documents of the booked units in favour of the Customer.
- Ensure the Customer experience at the site is exemplary and Coordinate with Facilities/Civil teams for regular upkeep of sales office and sample house.

- Respond and resolve all queries and concerns of customers to their complete satisfaction.
- Ensure support for all the bank related documents for home loans processing to customers.
- Coordinate with customers for registration of ATS and Sale Deed.
- Follow up for Payment/Collections from customers.
- Inter-departmental coordination.
- Site visits for the respective project to assess progress from the customer’s perspective.
- Ensure customer’s units are handed over to their satisfaction & as per SOP.
- Prepare reports like ageing, query analysis etc.
Skills & Attributes:
